Today we will be launching our new website on a new platform.
Some of you will be aware of the issues we had on our previous website so we made the decision to completely re-platform to avoid some of these technical issues and offer you a better overall experience.
As it is a completely new website, it has not been possible to migrate your customer passwords so next time you try to log in you will need reset your password. Follow the instructions and check your emails.
As the migration of a website is a massive task, some features from our old website may not be available at go live. These include:
- Product attachments - e.g. product data sheets and drawings
- Order history
- Some filtered navigation
- Automatic qty counter for our letters & numbers products
- Quick order page
We also do not have the feature to save cards, so if you wish to have a quick checkout, you can use the Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay options where your card will be stored securely.
